Upgrades to our mail infrastructure!

We are always striving to provide our customers with the highest quality service and as part of this commitment our mail-filtering infrastructure will be upgraded over the coming month.

During the upgrade windows email filtering services will be gradually migrated to new equipment that has already been deployed in both Canberra and Sydney Data Centres.

These advancements will increase capacity to future proof the service for additional changes in the future. The improved system will handle much higher mail traffic loads and a higher level of redundancy. The end result of these upgrades will put us at the forefront of mail providers, offering world class email hosting.

To provide minimal disruption to your services during these upgrades,, the approach has been designed to allow for the shortest possible downtime and has been scheduled at a time that correlates with low client usage. A detailed test plan will be carried out following the upgrade, and we have a rollback plan in place should the upgrade encounter issues.
